So your mindset is cruise for 18 games, and if you happen to land in the CCG based on Talent then there is more than 0 cares?

If that is the case, then why not cruise for 16 and then turn it on, because if you slip up in game 17 or 18 by 0 cares, what's the point of the season, isnt it then not a waste for you and your agents?

No...mindset is cruise by with the minimum as best you can until the playoffs. Effort definitely is put in for the playoffs. I mean I dont put in the couple hours of work like I once did anymore, but ill do a little more than take one look at the scout tool.

halis gameplanning consisted of deciding what % of screens to run. that napkin jpg isn't that far off. yeah we did gameplan for the last couple games each season, but we're talking a couple of minutes.
by the end of it (3rd ship) alloy really was barely gameplanning at all. he was just picking 5 plays and running them all game.
no clue about blaze.

Blaze was taking the 5 plays alloy was running and running those plays themselves. I was taking the 5 plays both those guys were running and running them with a lesser team at the time.

I would guess that plateau stays the same.

catch said on the radio it may drop to 2 seasons.

I really hope it stays at 3 seasons. Even the shorter time period won't condense the fact that we'd still enjoy seeing the end-game build compete for 3 full seasons.

also lol at forgetting to buy season long promos, Hood didn't need them.

The excuses in this thread are pathetic, either quit or man up.

GLB now seems p simple. Find what's working on D, set up some packages so all you have to do is tag, go heavy on the broken plays on O, hope you win some RNGs. Not many secrets anymore, and if you try to change up too much you just end up making mistakes.

it's been that way for a while

and I too think that GLB's userbase is shrinking (due to a long list of things). shortened building time will encourage current users to build more dots, but it won't miraculously bring in new agents

I think plateau makes the big name teams / networks a little too powerful, plus a shorter plateau might keep them from raising costs to justify losing out on boosts in accelerated development.
