7-0 down in the 3rd quarter, against a team we'd honestly lost against 38-0 in the previous game, in a game that is dragging itself into defensive stalemate, and my guy receives and runs for a 38 yard TD, with six defenders closing in fast. 7 minutes into the 5th quarter, with the score still 7-7, he gets a 58 yard Touchdown to seal the win. Player of the game had to be the 6 sack LineBacker though, although their QB copped 12 sacks in all.

Warriors scored with just under two minutes to go in the half and it looks like we will go to the break at 10-10. But, a great pump fake by the Vikings QB leads to a wide open WR over the middle and it looks like the Vikings will quickly regain the lead. But a LB, yes a LB, chases down the WR. But not only chases him down, forces a fumble. And the CB who was burned earlier in the play, picks up the loose ball and weaves his way back down the field the other way. The WR who fumbles the ball gets back up and catches the CB at the 3 but misses the tackle! End result = Warriors TD!

Despite having lost the regular season match-up by more than 100 points, So Cal managed to maintain a lead for most of the game until going up by 20 heading into the 4th quarter. Gunny's then rattled off three straight TD's to retake the lead. Gunny's HB tackled at the 4 yard line by the only guy who could have made the play. The last 15 seconds or so ran off the clock before Gunny's could snap the ball again and So Cal comes through with the massive upset.
