All we know is that Killer Toad decided to become part of The Dead Presidents, and we're thrilled be associated with an agent of his knowledge, character and level of contribution to the community.

As for whatever went on behind the scenes with his former team, I don't think anyone knows the whole story except for the people who were directly involved. Perhaps it would be best for others to stop speculating and finger pointing, and simply get on with the business of playing some dotball and having some fun.
