Not completely, no. Sometimes you get players on your team that can't crack the depth chart, and you want to be decent and send them to another team where you know they will start (and where you know the owner will treat them decently). I never considered bringing the players back to my team, or poaching the "farm" team for their best talent.

who cares if itsAAA, AA or A or whatever, its all the same stuff, we probably have higher level players here or the same. looking at some of the undefeated teams from AA we could beat them

How do you rebuild in this game? Cash. And lots of it. They didn't get that cash from you. There is almost no other way besides collusion. Teams that say they are going to rebuild are foolish. There will be another couple thousand teams next season competing for the same high level talent, almost no way you can rebuild. He should have kept his high level players, lost the rest of his games and been relegated to the lower division and been competitive.
