I have a lvl14 Wr who played on my cap team last season but was only there because I needed to fill a hole. I need to get him on a team with players more his level because I have put more higher level players on my team and he is not ready for that yet. He did perform pretty well in limited time and has a solid build.
What I am looking for:
As an owner and GM of 2 teams, I understand money and dont need a ridiculous salary. Just enough to cover training on relaxed. I do need a level 16 equip upgrade bonus. I want a team with a solid owner, solid OC who gameplans and communicates with the players, and a team with some direction who knows where they are going. Would prefer a team that passes a fair amount. I wont put my guy on a run first team. Would also prefer you have a solid QB. Would like a playoff team, but, if you have direction and a solid foundation, I wouyld be willing to listen. If you have a ton of inactives or CPU players, dont bother offering because I wont even look at it before I reject it.
