Greetings!
Our new little team is scrambling in an attempt to grow.
I want an all human team, where everyone is involved and working together not only to win, but to ensure that everyone has FUN.
I am trying to offer contracts where the players can improve, and the team still has money to sink into the stadium . . .. Stadium improvements now will translate to more money for salaries as levels climb.
I'm offering only 1 year contracts, so that I am FORCED to renegotiate with you each year, so you know you can get the pay raises and bonuses you need and deserve to keep improving.
I'm not looking to buy a championship this season. I'm looking to build a solid team that performs well consistently for years to come.
We play our first game in less than 7 hours, and fully a third of our starters are still CPU players. The humans on the team are excited, and want to get past this. One of them (JovialEvil) posted to our team list with the following:

Just keeping sending out offers, let them know you start humans over cpu's and there is a good group here wanting to stay.
The team is wanting to work as a group. We just still need more people to help!
