I have an idea of what teams some of you guys like, I know SanMans been kinda down on himself after his '2 day stooper' so it narrows it down a bit.

I was born and raised to be a Jets fan but the gang-green just wasnt for me. First football game I ever watched was the 1990 SuperBowl the Giants won, and I was hooked.

Been a Giants fan since, last season was amazing.

Even better, after our last pre-season game against the Pats, I told my best friend we'd be seeing those 2 teams in the SuperBowl...Add that to my list of incredibly intuitive visions!!!

This year im looking for the Giants to establish themselves as a consistently dominant team, soort of how the Cowboys are in the regular season. A repeat would be awesome, but im more interested in seeing this team find some consistency.
Eli Manning looks like he is here to stay, playing for real...Which is great for me and bad for the NFC East.

Toot-toot says the "incredibly intuitive (spell it right lol)" one, and he toots his own horn.

My GLB team could beat my NFL Team they suck!

Mine isn't much of a secret...at least if you have avatars turned on (or watch my offense).

We'll see what our quarterback is made of...or let Kerry Collins and Chris Simms take over.

Yea man I dont know whats goin on with V.Young. He gets really down on himself, which is both a good and bad thing depending on how you look at it. Good because he takes everything very seriously but bad cuz he needs to keep it together for the rest of that team.

Hes got alot of talent, hes got the legs M.Vick(should die) had and the arm he wished he had. I think Vince can really egt ti together and be a great QB but right now hes gotta get himself together. That story they broke on NFL Network about his family calling the police cuz he was missing for 4 hours without his cell phone, is pretty embarassing if you ask me. The guy needed some alone time and they had sent out the freakin national guard to go looking for the guy.(not really)

I saw hhim in that bowl game vs USC single handidly beat reggie bush/matt lienert and the rest of the Trojan would-be stars. Probably the best college footbll game I have ever seen.

Yeah, I agree he was a stud at Texas, and it is sad to see such a talented player go through the mental trials of the NFL and not handle them well. I wish Vince the best!

I think hes takign ti a bit hard though. Mostly every NFL QB that was highly touted had to go thru some sort of developmental period. Look at Eli Manning, he seemed to handle it well. He got burned for not showing any emotion, but then Vince gets burned for showing too much.
I think hes gotta see the big picture and realize that he has to be a bit mroe even-keeled, if not for himself, for his teammates.
A quality that I think serves Eli Manning extremely well.

Anyway, My team is the Raiders (and I know they suck). In fact it is pretty obvious that they suck. The other day I got a PM no title.... The PM said, Raiders suck.

I responded back, yep. lol

He then wrote me back and asked why I liked them then. I said well I grew up as a Raiders fan (Ironically I have no criminal record).

Don't feel bad, D, I'm a Skins fan.

We're wondering if Zorn/Campbell can figure out that it's OK TO RUN MORE THAN 1 PLAY EVERY 40 SECONDS.

Goddamit.

I'm a Skins fan too. Ever since Snyder bought the team, it has been hard to keep following them. I wish the team would have stayed in the Cooke family. I don't watch the NFL nearly as much as I use to. I'm a lot more into college.

I follow the hometown teams so my team isn't much better than yours right now Dmac. The Texans got destroyed in Week 1, but the Steelers look ridiculously good so maybe they will learn something from that game. I'm a big fan of a hard hitting defense and the Texans have that in spades. I just hope they show up this season and make it to the playoffs.

As far as VY goes...I'm a big UT fan so I watched nearly every game he had at Texas. He had it easy there. It's an overused analogy but he was definitely a man among boys when he took the field. I think hes going through what every player goes through when they make the transition to the NFL and as a QB its about 300x tougher. As much as I like Vince and what he did for Texas, he seems like a baby to me. I think he is losing focus and I wouldn't be surprised if he gave up on the game altogether.

The Titans have been one of my favorite teams since they used to be the Houston Oilers, but that was a bad pick for them because of the risk. If they ever want to win a championship they need to find a real pocket passing QB.

Yeah, the Texans had a rough week one, but you guys do not have an owner single highhandedly destroying your team from the inside out Man, it is a sad time to be a Raiders fan right now).
