A lot of the advice you gave for those players in Season 2 (I think it was Season 2 anyway) is pretty much moot now. Nearly all of those players are gone. We do appreciate the help you gave to a young team though and I'm sure those players that moved on from our team appreciated it as well.
Edit: Also, acting smug and egotistical isn't the best way to introduce yourself to this league. It's backfired on others in the past who did the same. We have all given advice to players who asked, but most of us don't go rubbing their face in it and try to belittle them later on when we see an opportunity to make ourselves look better. I can only hope you were just poking a little fun with your post, but it didn't really seem like it.

Season 2 or Season 3, we've made a lot of changes since then. Your advice didn't last very long. All you really helped on was telling people to move equipment to one or two attributes so don't overstate it. The simple fact is that we have adapted our own team plan since then and it was all due to both Mattman and I doing a lot of studying on how to make the team better (as well as some player agents on the team helping out).

It was at the end of season 2 going into season 3, and it did help us then but if we still followed alot of that advice today we would get smashed. Its now almost 2 seasons later and alot of that stuff has unfortunately become irrelevant and Ops and myself have learned much more about GLB than anyone could ever tell us.

lol...well you probably won't find anyone more willing to get into an argument than Mattman and I. We've had some fun ones over the seasons with a few people.
