If so, what happens to Elephant Conference players over level 20?

There will be no cap in AA. In Africa A, yes. But players on teams that get relegated can remain, just no new signings over 20 can occur. At least I think that's how it works.

So the relegated teams will go down and crush them? That's not right...

if they are relegated, they are likely not going to be in a position to crush all of them. half of them perhaps. i dont think minisink would crush my SA A team at this point.

but yeah, there will be some time before equilibrium is reached. all in all, it's a good system. perfect? maybe not, but hell it's beta.

They just might if D3 signs with them

Oh and Minisink won't move down because Africa A is just now getting added. So for this season we still count as the low league. No one will move down from this league until teams from Africa A are ready to move up.

Well, at least the Horde won't move down this time.
