this is kinda frustrating because people are working out deals right now on the forums and if I don't know the level cap I don't want to waste a players time I can't sign.

The only "real" information that I have seen was Bort's statement at the beginning of the season stating his intention to raise the cap to "level 20 or whatever seems best"; as well as a statement two days ago saying that he was going to put out information about Season Five in the "next few days".... Hope that helps.

The relase note about expansion teams mentioned lvl 20 as well.

Last season in Canada A, the cap was totally gone the next season, not sure what they will do here, it will either be a lv20 cap, or no cap at all.
