I'm not sure about that, last yr a team in BBB7 was undefeated and lost in championship and they didn't move up just the winner of the game did, because that means bottom 4 teams drop if two go up from each side.
I thought 2 dropped from CAN AA3, one too CAN A5 and one to CAN A6, and both winners moved up.

2 from each conference moved down from C AA3, 1 in each conference to C A5 and C A6. The winner of each conference in both C A5 and C A6 move up to C AA3.

That's how I understand it also. Just winners move up.

From what I understand of the promotion/relegation at the bottom:
Only Conference championship winners move up = Spartans and Vindicators.
2 teams from each Conference in the division move down but are split between 2 divisions.
Therefore Canada A#5 will get 2 of Canada AA#3's relegated teams and Canada A#6 will get 2.
Now each team that is relegated stays in their same conference therefore:
Canada A#6 West will get either: Sault Ste. Marie Harbingers or new orleans ghost riders
Canada A#6 East will get either: Jeanland Jeaniacs or Halifax Hitmen
I'm not sure how these teams are split between Canada A#6 and Canada A#5 so its a 2 out of 4 scenario. Therefore 2 go up from Canada A#6 and 2 come down from Canada AA#3.
Does that make sense?
