#1 Dread vs #2 Cannibals

King 100 ton says one and done. Cannibals can't match this type of play. The Dread seem to be in the zone. I give the cannibals respect but they will be here next season.


#1 Tigers vs #2 Vamps

No need to predict. Tigers win this one. This time a blow out.

#2 Cannibals vs #3 Pride

The Cannibals Didn't disappoint but whew it was way to close for comfort. I'm going to have to say the pride did rather well. They only lost by 8 points in the last round. I'm sorry but Canibals your luck runs out and the Pride takes this one into the Alpha Championship match to face the Dread.

I hope we can keep it within 4 TDs. The Dreadnoks are the finest collection of talent I have ever seen, and we have no way of matching up with them. Maybe one day we can hope to reach their level of greatness.

I don't see us blowing out the Vamps. Vamps are a tough team and the defenses are evenly matched. Turnovers might decide the game.

No disrespect to the Dreads or Cannibals, but I think the league championship game is Tigers vs Vamps.

I said early on that I thought the Tigers would win the championship but it wouldn't surprise me at all if the Vamps pulled it out. Just two excellent teams that will play a close, tough game. I have seen nothing to change my mind from those sentiments.

I am looking forward to seeing how it turns out and finding out who will not be around to kick our butts in season 5 Good luck to both of you!

I honestly have no idea how this league is gonna turn out. We have had a great season, beat everyone in the conference but it all goes out the window now...

The Vamps have a GREAT team and while I think we will pull off the win, I'm scared to see the outcome.

And I agree with Maldinor, both the Tigers and ourselves have beaten the best of Alpha handily in the regular season. The Dreadnoks being our 16th game we have a close read to them.

Think what you will but anything can happen. I havent said anything since I didnt want it to seem like an excuse, but being as we had nothing to gain or lose in our matchup against the Vamps and having the #1 seed locked up already we elected to run a very vanilla gameplan to avoid showing our hand as to what we would intend to do if we met you guys in the championship. We assumed if we made it, we would play either the Tigers or Vamps and being as it was a useless game, we did not gameplan at all and went pretty much down the middle in most of our tactics. Who knows if it will make a difference but I think we match up well with the Vamps and IF we make it to the finals we would love to see you there. I do have a question as to why my posts are disappearing though? Ive posted a few things, none of them derogatory, but when I come back into the threads later they are not there??? not even a blank post showing edit, they are just gone? Is this happening to anyone else?

It happened to me as well.

I haven't had any posts disappear.....but....I have thought I did post something (or sent a PM), but with how slow this website can be, I find out later it never actually went through before I moved on.

Thats fine though, because I dont care about the championship game until we even get there first. IF we dont win tommorrow it matters little who the hell wins Zeta to me.

Don't worry, the Tigers are not overlooking our game against the Vamps....nor are we overconfident we would win it all. However, I'm excited about our opportunities and think these games are gonna be a lot closer and tighter than anyone thinks. I don't want to be in this league next year b/c I'm pretty confident we are ready to move up...but I wouldn't be surprised if we were.

I wouldn't generalize 1 or 2 remarks by Zeta guys to mean the whole league thinks Alpha is a bunch of pansies....we still have to prove it if we make it to the next game...we shall see.

My comments weren't meant like that. I just know that we beat you whatever your strat was, I'm sure you'll have adjusted and it will be much closer between the Final game. I wouldn't bet a dime on any of these 3 games coming up, anything can happen in the sim.
