If somebody(s) wanted to compile a list of nominees on offense and defense, plus P & K, then maybe have each team owner or designated GM vote on their selections for each position. It's a lot of work, and is usually unappreciated by everyone who thinks their guy deserved the honor but didn't get it.

i actually did an all pro team last season for offense maybe i'll do it again but it wont be until the season is over.

If my CB doesn't get a single pick *again*, I'm gonna cry.

i could argue likewise for my OT/G actually, although they're new to the league
