Warrior General Games

I figure I'll only predict the East and leave the West to Western teams. Not that they matter. East is going to win the championship game.

Round 1
Buffalo @ Washington - Buffalo is on quite a roll, but they can't stop the Slashers.

Memphis @ New Orleans - Fanboys are on quite a roll and defeated Memphis in the regular season on a crazy returned interception in a close game. The balance of luck changes in this one, favoring underdog Memphis. River Rats win in a wild one.

Arlington @ Tennessee - Arlington backed their way into the playoffs and is on a 6 game losing streak. Tennessee is coming off a horrible game against the Huskers, so this one might be closer than one would think. In the end, the Fury prove to be too much for the Avengers, who have learned the difference between A6 and the BBB leagues.

LLLL @ PTT - PTT is an amazing team. They have won 11 straight, dominating their opposition with a stifling defense, even taking down the previously undefeated Slashers. In the opener, LLLL won 30-0 as PTT failed to adjust the tactical AI. PTT is the better team, just not against the Lickers who are playing a spoiler role in the playoffs. Lickers win again.

Round 2
Memphis @ Washington - Washington yet again overpowers their opponent, absolutely destroying Memphis on the field, sending them packing.

LLLL @ Tennessee - Lickers lost a close one in the regular season against Fury, and this one will be no different. The Lickers play a good game, but Fury pulls into the lead with a late field goal in the 4th quarter.

Round 3
Tennessee @ Washington - Tennessee has never beaten Washington, and this game will be no different. Washington wins by 17, blowing out the #2 seed, well on their way to winning the championship.

Albert finally finds his fu and starts picking us to win instead of lose. I hope we double reverse fu you!

If anyone figures what I mean by that, let me know.

Quite seriously, I think whoever wins this championship will have a good team and had some breaks go their way. This division has some extremely interesting and diverse team builds/philosophies, and it's fun to scout it.

I'm a bit worried about that. We had three games where I felt we deserved to lose, but a big play or three sealed the game for us. I'll take it, but I'm a bit worried we'll be on the other end of it (like the Huskers game) for the playoffs.

I hope the league is prepared for the biggest upset in A6 history. Daggers take out Washington 38-35

now that would really suck

I would rather play Washington than the Daggers I think.

Albert's picks looked pretty good in Round 1. I hope he's not so accurate in Round 2.

Congrats on a good season, PTT. You guys really got hot after that 2-3 start, and we feel fortunate to come away with a win today.

Personally, I'll take 100% accuracy up to round 3. Then I hope to be proven wrong. I'm not really looking forward to facing you guys after our last matchup. We're spending extra time over the next two days warning our kicker that if he misses one field goal or extra point and it costs us the game, that he'll be getting reps at NT during the offseason.

Well, we didn't absolutely destroy anyone on the field today, but we got some good turnovers going our way.

Although I'm happy for the win, I just enjoy playing Memphis. They've got a team that plays some cool internet football. GG to the River Rats!

Now to play the shell game with Weiss...

I guess I was right to be afraid of facing LLLL again. Ouch. Good game. We didn't even come close to touching you today.

Mendenham won the "small" battle in sacks against the former frontrunner, Steven McGee, but I would've rather lost that battle and won the game. Best of luck against the Slashers, though I'll be rooting against you (we can't defeat the Slashers and want them GONE ).

Good game Slashers! Man, I thought we played our best game against you guys yet, but couldnt overcome the turnover plague. The INT by the DE was especially disturbing, but the fumbled KR broke our backs. Good luck against LLLL, we share the Fury's want for you guys to be gone! Lol.

We always enjoy playing you guys, Albert, win or lose. You can usually count on a good game when LLLL and the Fury meet up. Mendenham is tough to stop, and the way he opened the game, practically stopping our first two drives all by himself, I wasn't sure we'd ever move the ball. Tennessee has had a really good season; I'm happy we were able to come away with the split against you guys.

Ah, the Slashers... The worst thing about this title matchup is that one of these two teams won't be in A6 next season. It should be an entertaining game, though. I'm touched that Albert and Mstr_October want us to stay in A6... because they're tired of the beatings from Washington.
