to those that are interested, the Flying Monkeeh Armada is 13-3 in WE A6 after going a combined 1-31 the previous two seasons in WE AA3.

well, yeah, i was kinda focused on the monkeehs, too, so i was quite surprised to see your post in here ... didnīt you say yours was a long term project? and then reaching the playoffs in the first year ... hats off to you.
we should arrange a friendly for next season ... our owner is still pissed about that game last season, but i guess we could work that out ... "throg, you reading this? we could work something out, couldnīt we?!"

anyway, we just advanced to the second round of the playoffs, so ... way to go popes!

well for those of you who don't care. we took a 6-10 Stirling team in season 2 to 15-1 into round 2 of the playoffs last sesason and are a misreble 11-5 6th place standing this season!. I'm just glad we got a home game!!

Our stadium is not nearly as nice, nor do we have the available funds as the Popes but I would put money on the fact that we would not easily be sent back down, when we make our way back here . I would definitely be willing to get a friendly going with the Popes, because although I have forgiven them for rolling over last season, I most definitely have not forgotten . Oh and ya somehow in my many drunken stupors of late, I have forgotten 2 check in here partly due 2 us being in the playoffs and having some damned good opponents 2 plan for but also due to RL crap that doesn't belong here. Since last I stopped by here I have become our 3rd owner in our 3 seasons of existence lol, and have had a ton of help in making our team somewhat respectable considering the 2 seasons of hell we put up with.

Anyway props to the Popes for for their great job of rebuilding ofc, and anybody here who thinks we would be relegated again as easily as before we will gladly accept any and all challengers after we are done with our current playoff run .

PS. More than a tad drunk and so damned proud of our team, so don't take my defensiveness the wrong way but we are planning on returning back here where we started ASAP and proving that we belong among the cream of the crop.
