Warrior General Games

Ok, we'll do something similar to what we did last season but this time we'll add a few more voters and more structure. Let's get 6 owners/GMs from each league to participate and when it's all done I'll post the tallies much like last season.

Now remember please be as unbiased as possible when voting. This year I will be posting the entire voting results so if anyone is being shady and voting for their 10th ranked punter or anything like that everyone will know. Votes will be tallied as follows: 2 points for a 1st place vote and 1 for a second place vote. In case of a tie the player with more 1st place votes will be given precedence.

For the 12 that do this please do a first team and second team for each position outlined in order to make tallying the votes easier. I'll use an Excel file to count the votes so please follow the format listed below:

Example:
QB1 Player Name Team
QB2 Player Name Team
RB1 Player Name Team... etc.

Please select a first team and second team consisting of the following positions: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 2 OT, 2 G, 1 C, 1 FB, 2 DT, 2 DE, 3 LB, 2 CB, 1 FS, 1 SS, 1 K, 1 P, 1 KR, 1 PR

Also add in 1 vote for Offensive MVP, Defensive MVP, and overall league MVP.

I know this is time consuming but I believe everyone will appriciate the work done. Remember to select a first and second team all the way thru and when you have that complete please send the results to me via PM and I will have it all tallied when the votes are all received.

Not sure if the people that voted last year are returning, but if there is room for me then I will send you a ballot from Kilkenny. I know this was suggested earlier, but are we going to be doing at least 1 player from each team (Team MVP) type thing?

No reason to vote for 1 person from each team. It's not the MLB All-Star game which is pathetic due to things like that. If you truly feel that 1 team has numerous players deserving of all star status then by all means vote for them. There is no min or max number of players from any 1 team as long as it's within reason like mentioned earlier.

Ok, need 1 more Alpha team and 3 more Zetas.

They really need to put a player's position next to their name on the league leaders screen. It would make this much easier.

That suggestion has been in for a while and yes it would be very beneficial for us. I know for instance that there are some TEs in the top in receiving but you can't tell unless you actually look at the player himself.

And on that note please remember that when looking at certain positions stats don't mean everything. LTs don't get much pancakes so don't just go by that stat itself. On a similar note the most punts doesn't always equal the best punter. Also voting for certain positions such as FBs are very tricky so everyone please take your time and take everything into consideration when voting.

I knew some one from Alpha would step up! That is why I didn't call us out. The Zetas are always too busy picking flowers or working on their rock gardens to post. Hhahahah
