For this round of games: a special treat for our female fans. An all expenses paid trip to Litohoro.

Yes, the Litohoro management have offered free transport and free entry to their game against St. Petersburg.

Don't forget your lingerie, bikinis, suncream and sunglasses!

Well sadly it worked against us. I am thinking St Pete are not normal as it appears Litochoro was effected by their own attempt to have an advantage. The girls being so lovely seemed to have Litochoro off their game as they did nothing all game. Litochoro Management would like to thank Lefkada for the loan and definitly no regrets on bringing them down as the fans and players both enjoyed their company... just a little too much.

thank you Litohoro. Mind you it will be nice to have the girls back as the players need a bit of a pickup after the 7-101 loss to the Revolution!

As payment for letting up on you in the second half, RR will be taking delivery of those women.

Well, we still scout other teams and setup gameplans.

While LT may be a build master, this IS still the first time he's run a team...so we're all there for various reasons. Though RR has proved to me what I've long thought anyways - if you've got the money, owning your entire team is DEFINITELY the way to go. Then just have the people you like from the GLB world come be your GMs, help with scouting/gameplanning/knowledge, and have a fun forum!

I'm not saying this to spark off anymore forum shenanigans but as I'm genuinely interested. After 2/3 of a season as a one man team, set aside the winning part, how does the experience compare generally? both you LT as the owner and you guys gameplanning for a one man team? Pros and cons? I have a few players on my own team as do a few of the guys, but we've spread the rest around. I quite like the "varied" experience, but wondered how you guys found it?

I think it depends on the type of other people you have on the team. Truth is, in regards to the team I own, the most active posters on my forums are people that have more than one player on the team(myself, and all of my GMs, plus my brother-in-law).

Now, I have players on other teams where there are A LOT of active posters, mine just doesn't happen to be one of them. They all respond to PMs and don't go inactive(or leave their guy on Relaxed training when they're going to be away), they're just not big on the forums unless I ask for direct response.

From a gameplanning standpoint, having 1-4 close agents own the entire team is the best way to go. It's not a coincidence that most of these types of teams(that aren't just starting out, or are out-leveled drastically in their league) are winners. When you own that many players on a team, you're really invested in making sure they win - so you're more likely to have agents that boost and equip their players. Not to mention you can assure you're all on the same page when building players, in terms of how the team is going to run it offense and defense(since the best team owners will tell you it's about builds and how your players compliment each other in the style of team you run).

From a forum standpoint, yeah RR is a bit dead - but most of the banter that goes on there is a lot of helpful stuff. There's a lot of knowledge in the GM positions on that team(you'll notice that each of the GMs owns and/or GMs quite a few team...and has at least a few high level players).

I don't know that I'd like to own my entire team like LT, but I'd definitely like to only have a max of 5 agents own the entire team. It helps with accountability and responsibility. Plus, when I want mindless forum talk...I just go to the league forums or the main GLB forums.

Yeah thats more or less what I figured. We have 4 or 5 guys with 5-6 players then a lot of single or double player agents. I enjoy the forum interaction, adds quite a lot IMO. Not much point in the RR handing out MVP awards for instance Having said that I suppose 5 or 6 owners having the entire roster would probably give you the best of both worlds.

Actually...I think when we vote for team MVPs, we'll all vote for the single player on the team that RLT DOESN'T own.
