Warrior General Games

Not sure if anybody has an interested in this, but I've been working on it and thought I would share. This is the 'Colley Matrix' method, adapted for Alpha conference. Colley is a contributor to the BCS ranking system, his work is available here:

Basically this system starts with the W/L for each team and makes iterative adjustments to each team's score based on strength of schedule (games played to date). Winning margin is not used. Yes, there instances where the victor of a head-to-head battle is ranked below the loser, but that will always be the case with a lot of teams playing each other. The average of all the scores is 0.50, with a maximum of 1.00 and a minimum of 0.00.

The Cossacks and Outlaws are the bubble teams as far as the playoffs go.

we have more parity in this league than i expected us to after last season

The meltdowns like this new ranking system better... though it doesn't take into account that our energy is around 20 each....
