After this season most of the players are being cut/traded to make room for people that want to be on a human team the lack of forum usage of some people is annoying yet there quick to post when they need cash

People that cant handle to lose dont need to be on the site..myself i hate to lose but im not going to cry about it as myself and other are having an enjoyable time and hope to toss together a better team next season so that we can better represent the best Conference on the Canadian A League

Lastly i thought this site was for enjoyment...i guess some people take this too serious

THe UG are made up of 5 guys that all know each other in real life one way or another. Having 5 addicts look at depth charts/builds/tactics has been a lot of fun.

Good luck on getting some guys that give a shit man.

Might be a good time to consider a slow build team. There's always knowledgable, active people looking for those.

Well i would like to but hard to find people that want to do this as most want a undefeated title every year

Dude, it's not hard at all. There are a shit load of slow build players on D-leagues just hoping they can find a team to continue slow building on. Then there are plenty of people who want to slow build from scratch.

Just post an add in the Teams looking for Players section...give it some thought, make sure the post communicates what you can offer people, and what you are looking for. Boosters? Custom gear? Make sure you indicate what you expect, people really respond to teams that have expectations. It's the teams that say "I'll do whatever you want, and throw in a free cheerleader!" that get all the shitty agents with crap builds. They sound desperate because they are desperate. And they sign anyone, and that's no way to build a team.

I GUARANTEE it will be a lot easier to find slow builders than to rebuild. Players with good builds, that know they have good builds, don't want to come to a rebuilding team...I've been there. If you thought recruiting was hard before...

I LOVE my team...yeah we're hovering around average but I don' care...great buncha guys and cream eventually rises to the top

Couldn't agree more with Rooster, you get out of recruiting what you put in. If you want people to come to a lesser team and ease up on the money demands, you need to convince them you have a plan. If you manage it, you'll be surprised at what you can achieve.

I would like to recommend you get a new "mascot."

Well when i done the team i kept the Quebec and added Eagles as im a fan then next day i see another Quebec team was made and another eagles team as well....

chunky04 i tried recuiting typing messages and claims for the upcomming season nothing really mattered and i dont like the fact of tossing 200k to a player of lower level that i have on the team
