can't have a tournament of champions until someone wins the championship. Odds are Thundercats will probably win the championship but the Marvins and Bandits are still here and we could win also.

Your team is in 5th place. I know it sucks that you only lost to Tijuana by 1, but in an 8-team tourney it's impossible to make everybody happy. And hey, if Tijuana wins, then you have bragging rights by assocation.

technically tied for 4th since the 2 teams haven't played each other yet. All I am saying is a battle of champions should wait until there are champions, we ALL know the 1st place team doesn't always win the championship. If you want to be honest then call it what it is, Battle of the Current 1st place teams who may or may not win the championship team.

BTW I was the one that started the 1st thread about having some sort of tournament for Africa AA.

and 1 more thing, I know it doesn't look like it but my team is trying to set up the Lion championship game that everyone has been waiting to see since last season and in order to do that 1 team needs to be 4th or 5th so I have bitten the bullet.

Seriously this is stupid - I don't think Tijuana wins the league(sorry) and you're jumping the gun - take the conference runner ups in the playoffs if you want to do this

I can change the name if that's what's bugging you.

This is going to be fun for the eight teams involved and the other teams in the leauge - there's no sense in ruining it just because your team lost.

OK, I renamed it. If you're not interested in it, then just leave it alone and you can do your TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS at the end of the season.

My tournament isn't a total loss for you though, cordes - it's good practice so you can get used to your team not being invited to the TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS either!

Yea I really don't care if I am invited or not. But had we kicked that FG last game we'd be in second with a game against the first place team tomorrow. I am trying to say you can't advertise for the Champions of AA if the season is barely over halfway through. You are just trying to boost your own ego because you are in first.

I hope you win this gay little tourney you are running and then lose your playoffs and are forced down here for another year. Stay off AA#1 if you don't want to deal with our shit.

You vastly underrate a lot of teams here. Mozambique is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than 3 losses and I'd reckon they make a serious run at the title. There is too much season left to prove who's the best.
