East

Vermont/Ramrods - this one is a huge game in the east this week. Vermont is on fire right now, the Ramrods on paper are a team that should be able to pick up a win against any team in this league. We give Vermont the nod though in a very close tilt.

The Brah/Manhattan - NOLA has a bit too much depth for the Massacre to handle. It's close most of the way but the Brah put it away in the 4th.

Rhode Island/HIghwaymen - after a heart-breaking loss to the Ice Storm, Rhode Island gets a bye this week. Enjoy the rest boys.

Crimson/Strikers - Another very solid matchup this week in the east. The Crimson Marauders need a win to stay pace, a win for the Strikers however is huge for them and may decide the difference between a home game or a road game to start the playoffs. The Crimson Marauders are playing good ball right now, we take them by a TD.

Nashville/Baltimore - Nashville in a blowout.

Bowdoin/Georgia - Bowdoin is an up and coming club and they will run over Georgia in this one.

Destin/Cleveland - Cleveland just doesn't have the depth to win this one.

Detroit/Montana - Detroit has too much talent to be this far down in the standings. Montana won't be able to hang with these guys for 4 quarters.

And now the West....

Waller/Tucson - Waller has been given a couple scares this season but are still perfect going into this one, and should remain perfect heading into the next one. Tucson won't have enough firepower to knock off Waller...unless they borrow a couple dozen Free Ballers for the afternoon.

PUtnam/Green Bay - Putnam are licking their wounds after falling victim to the upset in their last game will cruise to a big win against Green Bay.

Lemurs/Austin - This is likely the game of the week for the West. The Lemurs were given a huge favor when the Shriners and Keggers both lost last week. That momentum is wasted if they fall to Austin. Austin has way too much talent and depth to be this low in the standings making this a deceiving matchup. I'll give the Lemurs the nod in a tight battle.

Elves/Indiana - The Elves are right in the mix for the upper echelon in the west after their last win, this game will be an easy victory for the Elves.

Florida/Oakland - I don't even think even the sometimes erratic results when Florida plays can prevent them from dialing up a 'W' here.

Vegas/Sharks - The Criminal Element are starting to get on a role as I suggested would happen a few games ago. They're playing the Sharks who are fired up after a big upset win last game and both teams are in a must-win situation. I'm going to give the Criminals a slight edge vrs LA. This one is the honorable mention west game of the week.

Tampa/Orlando - The Crunches are easy prey for the Moon Doggies...

Shriners/Seattle - I won't predict my own game again, but will say that given our recent loss and our tight game against the Cru last season, we are not going to take this team lightly.

You do a really good job with these. I end up looking forward to them pretty much every week.

Sharks are fired up after that win over Putnam Co. - I think the Criminal Element will have their hands full trying to solve our passing attack...

Putnam's fired up after the lose. We learned quite a few things that game. One being go with your strengths and screw the other teams weaknesses. Try and stop us even if you know what we are going to do. Atleast that's what we should have done for the game against the Sharks.

They had their hands full with our pass attack last game, but that didn't stop them from showing our D coordinators that they need to wake up
