Alright owners its past the half way point and I feel we should start talking about how we want to decide the All-Star team and who will collect and count the votes for each confernce.

My thought is that each owner is allowed to vote only 3 players from their own team. One offensive, one defensive and the third can be special teams or on either side of the ball. I also think we should do a first team (All-Star "starters") and second team (honorable mention kind of deal) Anyone is allowed to give their input but I would like cooperation from all the owners so that we can set up a system that we agree on for the most part. This league is stacked with good and great players and some people will be left out but lets get a system that people will agree on so that when the teams come out there isn't a lot of whinning.

Sounds good to me, the only thing is tho that if we do it this way, owners are going to vote for the star players, meaning QB's, RB's and WR...

What about the unforgotten heroes of the game the O and D line...????

Most owners know all too well its not just about guys that get the ball in their hands

That’s cool just making sure, they are the men in the trenches.

I think the system last season was good in a way but needed to be tweaked. I think the owners should be able to post 10 players from their team and the arguement for each player to make it and then the owners should vote on the nominated players like last year. The posting of the players and the arguements for them will make the system from last year a lot easier on the owners because they will not have to spend hours looking up players. I was gonna do this but I see someone beat me to it...which is cool cause I am covered up time wise.

The naturals will be glad to participate. I think each owner should campaign for players on his team. We should start a new thread, without all the wasted space of discussion about the team. Owners Could just put player names they want to nominate, or they could go the extra mile and post highlights, stats, locker room participation etc..... The offensive line should be done by pancakes only, each team should nominate anyone they think should be considered.

i disagree with the pancakes only. Sacks and hurries allowed should also be considered.

I agree that sacks and Hurries need to be considered. To me those are more important than pancakes.

There is no way to confirm how many sacks and hurries given up.

Ill do this for the terror, Zhrakkan is too busy.

I'm glad to see that we are going to have some participation with this. So we need to decide who is going to count up votes for Lion and who is going to count votes for Elephant. Any volunteers...
