I could definitely live with those results. It would all but assure Fury of a home playoff game (barring a meltdown somewhere in our tactics).

I like the way TheFinalHero thinks. Ghost247 my have other ideas for the game today, however.

It's an interesting matchup, as the two teams present contrasting styles. We can pass, they can't. They can stop the pass, we can't. We double them up through the air, they double us up on the ground. What will give? I have no idea.

One thing the teams have in common is losing heartbreakers. Is it possible for both teams to lose today?

I hope TFH is right, but I see Sconnie playing smash-mouth defense to crush NERC and Philly beating LLLL into a pulp.

Hopefully I am wrong on both accounts, as it will nearly guarantee a #3 seed for our team. Weiss, I'm rooting for you guys. Hopefully the amazingly good lickers show up today. Don't lick too many poison toads on the way to the game!

You really think Philly will pound us, Albert? Ryan Morison is a stud at HB, and it will be tough to contain him, but I don't see the final margin being very large. I guess we'll know soon enough.

Didn't have time to copy them over. Also, I've got some inconsistency somewhere that I have to clean up. It only affected a couple games, so hopefully I get it figured out.

Dang, I sure hope your wrong about the assault. But they do have us beat on paper and results. I just hope we might be able to prove everybody wrong.

Damn, good game Beavers we definately expected a closer game but I wont argue with a shutout.

TFH is pretty good at predictions! Looks like the game of the week in the East was the Badgers and Red Celtics game. Pity that the Badgers kicked a FG to win with 11 seconds to spare in the 4th.

The Red Celtics are tough. I thought for sure that TD with 34 seconds left would have clinched it, but the Badgers got a good return, managed a couple of quick hits, and their kicker was clutch. Amazing game, tough loss for New England. As much as I hate it for them -- a sentiment apparently shared by the Fury -- it probably helps us out in the playoff race.
