News out of Cairo this week concludes that the team will be sold at the end of this season. Willm, the current Cairo owner is already in the process of moving players who want to leave the team. Inside sources claim many of the teams current superstars will be headed to various places including teams within the USA leagues.

New officials caught up with Cairo RB D3 to get the scoop.

D3: Well you heard it right, Will's moving on and selling the team at seasons end. Right now hes got an open trade policy and has been trading guys who want to leave. I have spoke with management about my contract and well the offers on the table. Will agreed to move D3 anywhere he wishes to go for a min cash offer.

Diggler smiles

D3: Now this don't mean teams should start sending Cairo blind offers as D3 has to agree for the grindiron messiah to be moved to your team. But As I have a passion for this conference and this league, D3 is open to all offers from teams within this conference, so holla at ya boy!

You have heard it here first!

D3 has stated to several sources that he wouldnt mind becoming a Troll or even a playing down in Zulu or Iowa.

D3 stated those to name a few are just some of the programs he would entertain offers from. D3 went on to add that his open ears to all offers including moving over to the Lion conference or maybe going to play overseas in another league.

Hmmm...VERY interesting indeed...

When reached for a comment, Iowa's owner said only that he has confidence in the current state of his RB corps, but that to pass up talent on the level of D3 when he's spoken of potential interest in your team is nothing short of career suicide, and likened the idea of turning D3 down to Green Bay passing up on Randy Moss in the NFL. Iowa's owner went on to say he had no further comments at this time.

Recent developments suggest D3 is currently in talks with Iowa Management about making a move to Iowa.

However sources from the D3 camp have stated it's still earlier and D3 is all ears to all offers.

While working out hours ago cameras caught up with D3 talking with fans and he then spoke of an interest in MaRAWK!! o.

Cameras recorded him praising the MaRAWK!! o organization and saying things like imagine MaRAWK!! 0.V3. "A dirty verion of the O could make for some interesting things and would be one hell of a team," diggler stated.

When asked about other possible teams he could see himself playing for, D3 responded to cameras saying, "You can rest assure it won't be Seattle! D3 then chuckled and left the gym.

I'm sure this has nothing to do with Iowa playing the Minisink Warriors late in the season does it?

it is rumored that D3 chuckled when hearing Comoro's owners comments via the news.

The rumor has it that D3 denys such a claim, but did note that it would be a selling point for teams interested in D3. Strength of schedule could come into play depending on the offers at hand, D3 is rumored to of said.

D3's website notes that his hobbys include pimpin Hoes, and running up his stats vs noob teams, so you never know

"Pimpin Hoes"? I never realized D3 had such a passion for soliciting garden equipment.

MaRAWK!!o ownership have just entered an emergency meeting. It is believed that it has something to do with D# availability and the Cairo implosion in general.

Coach BSS did stop and tell the assembled press corps that he is 100% sure that he wants D3 in this league and if by god, we have to sign him, then we will try to sort that out.

Lastest news updates involving the Cairo cluster is around DT Brickhouse Jackson.

Jackson a former All-pro DT for Cairo is said to be wanting to go with D3. Brickhouse who is not known for making speeches or giving press releases stated today he wants to tag along with the cocky runningback.

It is expected that Brickhouse can be bought out of Cairo at min-cash trades as well.

Latest report out of MaRAWK!!o had the two DC's running from the tv room into the emergency meeting that the MaRAWK!!o ownership was having at the time. Speculation is that is has something to do the press conference D3 had a short while ago.

Intrepid Floozy Nancy Andrews caught up with one half of the defensive brain trust of MaRAWK!!o to inquire about the situation with 3D and his DT speacial friend.

"Coach Techie can you comment on the situation brewing out of Cairo"

Sure I can comment if you look on the waiver it says trade pending for those two players. Since our Owner was in meetings all day (playing Madden) I think it is safe to say that Djibouti is about to upgrade.

"Are you sure I mean we know that MaRAWK!!o had made some overtures"

Well look your a nice homely girl and all but we really cannot comment on other players to much would be like talking about someone else's goat behind their back. Oh and BSS said that he would like to see you in his office he said something about you bringing the knee pads.

"This Nancy Andrews signing off" <starts digging in purse and heading up the stairs to BSS office>

At a press conference held earlier today, Iowa's owner released the following statement:

Iowa management touched base with D3's agent on 3 separate occasions earlier, and the conclusion made from these meetings is that D3 would not be the best fit in the Iowa offense. Each party is trying to move in separate directions, with Iowa still holding full trust in the abilities of their current RBs, and not wanting to completely cut #2 RB Octavious Taylor off, and D3 indicating his main concerns were lots of playing time and trophies. The Iowa Fortress organization wishes D3 and his new team the best of luck, and with this settled, Iowa will return to normal operations in preparation for a late season playoff push.
