Hey i was wondering if anyone would be interested in a pro bowl team for the Western Conference for season 4.

Voting would be for the owners and GM's from each team. I know some teams have more then 3 or more GM's so i was thinking a total of 2 or maybe 3 ballots from each team.

Also people can't vote for their own teams players. because that would just take the fun out of it and everyone would just vote for their team's players.

Voting should have a two deep like 1st team QB and 2nd team QB.

Here are the catagories i was thinking about:

QB
HB
FB
WR(x2)
Slot WR
TE
ROT
RG
C
LG
LOT

DT
NT
RDE
LDE
ROLB
MLB (RILB/LILB)
LOLB
SS
FS
CB (x2)

Kicker
Punter
KR/PR Specialist (Will only be judged on the merits of their work as a return man)

I'd be in and surely could get some help from my GM's

Like the idea of not voting for your own.

1 per team might work a little better. Have the owner post in the teams forums w/ the blank form. Have the team discuss/fill it out. Send back to whoever is totaling everything up.

Do it for west and east and bam, done.

I would say, if you can give a really good reason as to why you selected a player from your own team, then you should be allowed to.

Well, 1 per team would definately be easier. Also, if each team posted a list of the players who would realistically be up for it on your team, it would make it easier, owners won't go through each team, they will just check the top 10 in stats.

Which would yield in most managers voting for their player. The idea is that even if you have an uber good player on your team and you can't vote for him, the other 15 managers in your conference will take care of him. There's no reason for have to vote for your own player.

I would say it is fine to do something like that but i would like for there to be a two deep of players not on your own team and then also adding in a nominee of the players off of your team.

Or we could just start a thread now for all the coaches to go ahead an nominate players off of their own teams for other coaches to vote for later on
