Warrior General Games

So let's get some Alpha division Pro Bowl talk going. I know we have a ways to go, but this can be a work in progress, and we need more discussion in this forum!

I don't know the best way to do it - I don't want to create the team all by myself, so perhaps the Alpha owners could all submit 2 players from each position on teams not on their own to this thread and we could see who shows up the most.

Here's a few to get us started. Some names that come off the top of my head from the games we've played this season, and some of the more "annoying" players we've faced.

HB - Bubble Wand - Sparta Chickens

FB - Drew Lawson - East Berlin
FB - Ian Uniden - Dark Knights

TE - Travis Kirby - Nihzny Bulldogs

WR - Happy Jack - Rotterdam Rampage
WR - Curtis 'The Burner' - Rowdies

NT/DT - Tezz Kennedy - Sparta Chickens
DT - Maito Gai Sensei - Rotterdam Rampage
DE - Vick Warrick - Rotterdam Rampage
DE - Gator Swamp - Krakow

LB - JD Sting - Sparta Chickens
LB - MeatLoaf Harris - Rowdies

SS - Sabrina Spellman - East Berlin

For teams that we have faced:

DT: Vince Will Fork You Up - Chernoybl Disaster
HB: Fat Guy Running Over You - Chernoybl Disaster
LB: Black Berry -CD

I still remember these three from the first game and they stand out the most in my head. Most likely because that was my first game as an owner/coordinator and it was a very close game.

Others that deserve mention:

HB: Knowhson no limit -Krakow
HB: Stark Baragen - East Berlin
FB: Drew Lawson - EB
How about the o-line for EB
QB: Donnie McNabb - Liverpool

There are others but these are the ones I remember game planning against. And I think that should be a big part of the selection. Stats do not mean as much as a LB with a poor d-line will have a lot of tackles but you really do not plan against them.

This is just to get the conversation going. I'll work on two at each position but I want a little more time to face the Rowdies and Rampage.

We'll sort this out soon enough.

imported is a tough word though...

its more like the league caught up to what we were already planning for. They were always on the team as they belonged to me and our D-Coordinator.

just had to server their suspensions for killing a man in el segundo

Of course there were many other deserving players that im forgetting, but these guys all caused the Kraks some unneeded stress.

My method for voting is a long the lines of

A) Who did I have to game plan around
B) Who suprised me during the game with a solid performance
C) If they are affiliated with BigC in any manner it is an automatic disqualifier.

Johnnie Cooks from the Disaster also dominated us. Black Berry has a spot on my pro bowl roster too, but I wouldnt want the pro bowl to turning out to be a complete Disaster. I guess i would have to bump Reggie for Gator just to even it out

OPOY has been Knowhson No Limit Moreno and our
DPOY has been Slate Ironhead
