Sorry guys - but these are going to stop for the time being. I may be taking on another client at work which will mean more cash and less traveling, but more work = no time to write up the predictions/rankings anymore. those things were taking up an hour of work each day

Hopefully DC gets our game figured out, until then just consider us ranked #16th overall behind West Bend.

Yeah I really looked forward to seeing your rankings and predictions, but completely understandable given your current situation. Good luck

I blame the Raiders.

I'll miss the predictions even though I'm in the Western conference

My humble attempt....

1. Carolina Hammer 8-0 Last week = 1
Can anyone beat these guys beside out of conference peeps in scrimmages? I don’t think so. No one seems to be able to beat them and only a handful has even been close. DC or the Care Bears might have an answer down the road. Up Next: #12 Compton who Carolina should continue to beat easily.

2.(tie) Dogg Pound 6-2 Last week = 2
As the Dogg Pound pounded DC into the ground, the Rock Stars stood off to the side wonder what it would take to take the number #2 spot. You’ll have to wait another game to try to take them again. The involuntary dismantling of DC potent team was keeps the Dogg Pound safe at 2 but they are not alone on the podium. Thanks for FUBARing Jearly’s rankings. Next up is surprise team of the season #9 Oregon.

2.(tie) Rock Stars 7-1 Last week = 3
The Dogg Pound performance kept an impressive routing of the Greyhound by the Rock Star from give them opportunity to move ahead. Look for an even worse beating of #16 West End as they again try to prove their worthiness.

4. Eleven Wise Monkeys 7-1 Last week = 6
The polishing is done and the Care Bears are here. Better be on your P’s and Q’s or the rainbow will get the best of you..

5. Canton Hall of Famers 7-1 Last week = 7
The last easy win comes next for the Hall of Famers. After that, the hardest part of their schedule starts calling. Can they survive the second half of the season?

6. Care Bears 6-2 Last week = 4
It is unusual that the Care Bears and DC lose in the same week. But it happened. The Steel-heads came ready to prove they still belong in the playoff hunt and up-ended the Bears. Do your Best Bear didn’t live up to his name and Day Dream Bear was caught daydreaming. Don’t look for it to get any easier as the #4 Monkeys get ready to take care of the Bears.

7. DC Warriors 6-2 Last week = 5
Over confidence abounds again this week as DC looked too rounded up the Dogg Pound but instead got pawed to near death. Maybe they can turn it around against the surging #8 Steel-Heads this week.

8. NY Steel-heads 5-3 Last week = 10
The Surging Steel-Heads look like they have righted the ship and are plotting a course for the playoffs. #7 DC beware.

9.Oregon Ducks 3-5 Last week = 9
Putting in the beat effort so far this season against the #1 Hammer has added to the respect earned of this team this season by the whole Eastern Conference. There is still a chance at making the playoffs for this team. Don’t count them out yet. The #2 Dogg Pound won’t make it any easier this week though.

10. Colorado Storm 3-5 Last week = 11
Colorado is on a streak. Two wins in a row makes them one of the better lower 8 teams in the conference. Only Oregon is just a tad better. Look out #13 Greyhounds.

11. French Lick 2-6 Last week = 8
Any hopes French Lick had at all for a good season seems to be dwindling week by week. Look for a possible rebound against #12 Columbus.

12.(tie) Compton ‘Nilla Wafers 1-7 Last week = 14
Finally scoring a touchdown in a regulation game this season, Compton let it all hang out as they cruised past Columbus. A sound offensive effort and a few good defensive plays finally have sparked some lost excitement for the ‘nilla Wafers. Carolina Hammer is up next. Maybe the party started too soon.

12.(tie) Columbus Spartans 0-8 Last week = 12
Columbus comes in tied with Compton as the are somewhat equivalent in production this year with them. Only thing is, Compton showed up on the field where it counts. Look for the Whorns/Spartan game to be an exciting close match.

14. Cleveland Greyhounds 1-7 Last week = 13
Cleveland will most likely be around in A#1 again next year.

15. Baltimore Blood Ravens 0-8 Last week = 15
The name change won’t help the former Grizzlies/Slaughter from the #15 spot.

16. West Bend Warlocks 2-6 Last week = 16
Nuff’ said.

I'll try to get a prediction up before the games.

My Feeble attempt to guess...

#1 Carolina Hammer vs. #12 Compton ‘nilla Wafers
I feel like I should get hammered before getting hammered. We’re going to throw everything we’ve got at them so it might be closer than the first impression. I’ll play it safe and say Carolina by 21.
Carolina 35 – Compton 14

#2 Orlando Dogg Pound vs. #9 Oregon Ducks
Orlando is looking to stake its claim to the #2 spot by winning over a tough opponent in the Ducks of Oregon. Remember Orlando, water always rolls off a duck’s back. So don’t be taking them too lightly. Oregon puts up another good fight but the Dogg Pound will fetch the game.
Orlando 24 – Oregon 17

#2 Washed Up Rock Stars vs. #16 West Bend Warlocks
Rock Stars by a lot more than words in songs can say.
Rock Stars 201 – West Bend 0

#4 Eleven Wise Monkeys vs. #6 Care Bears
Best game of the week in the Eastern Conference. Care Bears need a win to stake a claim in home field for round one of the playoffs while the Monkeys want to continue on their winning ways. Look for A#1 experience to help the Care Bears pull off a mild upset.
Care Bears 17 - Eleven Wise Monkeys 10

#5 Canton Hall of Famers vs. #15 Baltimore Blood Ravens
They changed there name again, but we still know what they are for right now.
Canton 73 – Cincinnati 3

#7 DC Warriors vs. #8 NY Steel-Heads
The second best game in the conference as each tries to fight for the playoffs. DC tries to stay in the hunt and NY tries to get back in the hunt. Who wants it bad enough? I think DC does.
DC 31 – NY Steel-Heads 21

#10 Colorado vs. #14 Cleveland
Look for Colorado to take this one, no problem as they keep the streak alive and start eyeing the #8 playoff spot.
Colorado 65 – Cleveland 0

#12 Columbus Spartans vs. #11 French Lick Dirty Whorns
The fall will stop tonight as the Whorns take the Spartans by 3
French Lick 17 - Columbus 14
