this is based on the top performers list on the teams box scores. Not wholey scientific, but with the lack of participation from gms, and owners in the past, the best I can do.
alos, the list is not complete. we have a couple of the bottom teams and roughnecks to compile.

I just added all the points up and did this. Not hugely scientific.
