Warrior General Games

Start with the east since they are vastly superior to the west.

The Brah/Ramrods - This one is a good matchup but in the end NOLA has a bit too much depth and picks up a W.

Vermont/Highwaymen - Vermont fresh off their first loss of hte season face a hungry Highwaymen squad, fresh off their TD of the season. This one will go down to the wire...I call it a pick 'em game...too close to call.

RI/Montana - Rhode Island has a bit too much firepower for the Grizz in this one. I give Rhode Island a 13 point decision.

Smilies/Marauders - This has game of the week written all over it. A couple of solid teams, tough to tell if either team can gain an edge....so I have flipped my lucky nickel to decide the pick here. It landed tails for the Marauders.

Manhattan/Cleveland - Alright Cleveland - Rock and Roll! Manhattan after a huge win that will go a long way in the playoff race in their last game are too strong to think upset here.

NY/Det - New York pulled off a nice upset against self-proclaimed eastern faves Vermont last game but it doesn't get any easier facing a tough Detroit sqaud. We'll give the Strikers the nod here in a very close game.

Destin/Bowdoin - We give Destin the nod here in what is a vital game for them to stay in the hunt for a playoff berth.

Baltimore/Georgia - The Dawgs are too good to remain winless and this game proves just that. Dawgs by 7.

Now the west.

Waller/Tampa - The undefeated Waller Knights will remain that way for at least one more game in a major mismatch.

Putnam/Tucson - On paper there isn't a huge gap between these two teams, but the Keg Tossers are sooo hot right now. (Zoolander reference) Keggers win big.

Phoeniz/Lima - The Elves are pissed after their first loss. Down right pissed off. They're going through a Latimer-like roid rage in practice since their loss last game and it's not going to get any better as we take the Lemurs to win a close one here.

FFB/Las Vegas - well the Florida team which was on a tear got derailed last week and I've said it for awhile that this Vegas team is going to be tough once they get on track and they are on track now...I'll take another upset here for Vegas to win this one.

Doggies/Indiana - the Doggies lost a tough game last time out when they met a vastly superior team. This one will get them on track with a big win.

Austin/Oakland - Austin, one of the most talented teams in the west can taste the playoffs. They won't let up here with a big win over Oakland.

Seattle/Green Bay - The Cru are too good to stay in 13th place. They pick up a much needed win here.

Shriners/Sharks - I won't predict my own game, but this one promises to be another close game.

Sweet. It looks like we get to play las vegas 1st after the owner boosts all of his players. Was feeling pretty good about this next game but now this is going to be a tough game that can go either way (unless we flop again). I wouldn't call LV the underdog anymore...I think we are! They just went from a 39 overall team to a 45 in one day lol.

We (Phoenix) have a very tough schedule until the end of the year. I can see 8 of our last 10 games going either way.

That is a definite critical stretch in your season coming up. Good luck. If you can lose just one game on that list, make it the last one.

Fear not, Seattle is doing it's best this year to suck. And so far we are exceeding beyond our wildest expectations.

Only if you supply the team with little cars. The d-line in particular is easily distracted by gifts.

I just noticed that we drew the Purples for our inter-league game. That'll be a fun one to end the season on, hehe.
