Congradulate is actually the Middle English spelling from its Teutonic root and is technically more correct.

And before you try to say anything again, Doc, "Grumpy Goose" is obviously the original Belgian root of the Americanized term "Grumpy Gus." This phrase was borne out of the Belgians' love of Foie Gras, which made all the geese in the country grumpy. Cameron is just trying to spread some culture to you heathens.
