I have seen other regions using these friendlies for a tournament of champions, anyone planning one for Africa AA?

I don't have time to organize it but If someone else wants to do it I could be up for it. Not sure what the qualifications would be on who could enter but it may be fun to see who is the best of the best in Africa AA.

Cripplers would participate if needed...

I guess it would be AA#1 Champ VS. AA#3 and AA#2 VS. AA#4

Winners go to final and losers play for third spot.

Would this take place after the season ends? Or are you talking about last season champions?

yeah I think it would be cool in the offseason to have the 4 champs play each other to see who is the best of the AA, but what about the other teams who don't make it.

I would even say take the top 8 teams. The finalist and the champions from each league. Then it would give the finalists a little redemption and what not. I think it would be pretty cool.

All conferences except A2 Elephant and A4 Lion have a clear leader - we can start the tournament before the playoffs if we can figure out which of the two A2 Elephant and the three A4 Lion teams should be invited.

I'm willing to bet there is a shakeup at the top of at least one or two conferences by the end of the season, I'd wait before you declare the invitees already.

But if we wait until the end of the season, nobody will care because all those teams will be in AAA.

In Africa AA#1 the top two teams in each conference have yet to play eachother, so there really isn't a way to know who's best.

If you want to be considered the best, then don't lose to teams you should beat.

Or if you want to be the best, learn from your own mistakes. A.C.T beat us because we played a bad gameplan when they played a good one. When we rematch in the playoffs, you will see a different result. I expect that when we play Tijuana, that we will be 13-1 and they will be 14-0. Should be a real good game, I am looking forward to it. I expect to have to play them twice this season, the result of the first will decide who hosts the rematch.

AA2 Elephant should be the Wild Dogs, because they just beat the other 1-loss team.

AA4 Lion is tough, because each of the top three teams has lost to one of the other top three teams. My vote is for the Djibouti Jackals though, because their loss was the closest game, and happened the earliest in the season.

I'm going to start a new thread with the bracket.

ok once the playoffs are set I will organize the REAL tournament of champions that will take place in the Offseason.
