Hard to judge if that is true. Some leagues are better than others. Is your team in?

I don't quite see how you can rank them because they don't play any of the same competition but just for the heck of it count Transylvania from A7 in.

Yes it is a friendlies tourny. So theteams that advance past 2 games of course will have to pay the 25 flex to keep going.
