After putting together a formula using the standard deviation of the dynamic proponents of each of the respective teams in the Lion Conference, I came up with the Stone Cold Rankings of the Week. Updated 8-29-08 @ 3:42PM CDT

1. Royal Knights - 3001

2. White Sharks - 2761

3. Bugeaters - 2610

4. Ridgebacks - 2171

5. Spider Monkeez - 1915

6. Werewolves - 1689

7. Khat - 1428

8. Dream - 1390

9. Bite - 1176

10. Gorillas - 1121

11. Outlaws - 1088

12. Warrior Kings - 782

13. Undertakers - (317)

14. Black Mambas - (1260)

Tramiken is out of town, but he told me what he did. I can't remember details, but he based this on some system he found on the internet that is used for ranking NFL team. There is a bonus for unbeaten and a deduct for winless. Points scored is and points allowed are factored in. Winning streaks and losing streaks are figured in. There was some strength of schedule factors, but I'm not sure if he used them. Yards gained and yards allowed is factoed in.

On a side note, my opinion is not to worry about strength of schedule. Through 15 games the strength of schedules will be basically the same, so why worry about the headache. All that happens is it skews things early and comes out in a wash in the end anyway.
