There are too many bugs and things be tweaked on a daily basis to really gauge how effective or dominate any one team is this season IMO.

I have been putting in all the information into the League Projection Excel Spreadsheet found in this thread http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=470138

I was planning on posting those projections after week 6 or 7. I was waiting that long to let the schedules even out a little and to input more data for a more realistic projection, but right now the projected top 3 are:

Zeta Conference
1 The Elephant Riders 16 0 0 100%
2 Singapore Flames 14 2 0 88%
3 San Fran Gold Rush 13 3 0 81%

Alpha Conference
1 Algeria Addiction 16 0 0 100%
2 Mongolian Horde 15 1 0 94%
3 The Vestibule Rickrollers 14 2 0 88%

I don't know anything about Alpha conference (since it is inferiorto Zeta), but the Zeta projections at least 1-3 are right on with what I think. We will see how it turns out and I will post the complete projections after game 6 or 7.

I will post all the "predicted" scores for week 4 in a different thread and see how accurate this spreadsheet is.

A big part of it probably has to do that we've got one blowout victory, one win against a team that had compiled two blowout victories before us, and our one loss is against the team who is ranked #2 here, and was within 3 points of beating the #1 team. Strength of schedule and running up the score combined to give us a boost in the ranking. Number three might not be exactly where I'd put us, but it's not that far off, either.
