Since I have a spreadsheet that does all this nifty maths I figured I see how good it was at predicting. I wrote out some new stuff that will be implemented when figuring the week 2 power rankings and that stuff was used to help make the week 2 picks. I will use how well it does predicting to help tune the simulation formula and also just to have fun.

For the picks you will see first the matchup. Then below will be the percentage that the spreadsheet thinks each team has at winning, out of 100%. The game with the closest percentages is deemed to be the game of the week.

=====================================================================
Week 1 - No picks
Week 2 - 69% (Not bad for only one week of data)
Week 3 - 75% (better, but not as good as I thought it would do)
Week 4 - 75% (we'll see how it does with the new formula next week)
Week 5 - 81% (consistent and improving)
Week 6 - 75% (Darn upsets )

=====================================================================

I do too, but with only one week of data I'd be thrilled if it was hitting on 75% of these games.

Last years lose to Namibia was a fluke and look for the Choppaholix to prove it to everyone

It's not just Zak -- Even the computer will not pick the Frogs.

Time for the upset.

Great game terror. First half was really tight then it all went down hill for us after the fumble on special teams. Ah well, you win some, you lose some...

Well, it hit better than .500 which is all I could ask it to do with very little data. I will be interested to see how it does now that it has another data point to actually be able to tell which teams may just be really bad or really good.
