Oregon Ducks vs. NY Steelheads
-Oregon is definitely better than last years AA1 delegated team, but they're not good enough for the Steelheads and E. Smith.
Steelheads win 30-10.
French Lick vs. Care Bears
Neither team was tested in week 1 as French Lick beat up on Cincinnati and the Care Bears got the Compton 'Nilla Wafers (formerly penn lions). French Lick thinks they can make the playoffs this year and this would be the game to show off that ability. Unfortunately they fall 2 tds short.
Carebears 24-French Lick 10
Columbus Spartans vs. Canton Hall of Famers
Columbus appears to be on the outside looking in again this year and Canton is looking to make a statement that they belong in A1. Canton does belong and wins this game by 18, but this isn't the opponent they need for their statement game.
Canton 28 - Coumbus 10
West Bend Warlocks vs. Orlando Dogg Pound
West Bend looks to move up from its 8th seed in the playoffs last year while Orlando looks to move into the elite of the division. Orlando barely lost to the Rockstars last week while West Bend got perennial doormat Cleveland. Look for Orlando to get its revenge this week and win by 10.
Orlando 24 - West Bend
Colorado Storm vs. Washed Up Rock Stars
Colorado continues to slide from its once dominant spot in the A1 with a 41-0 loss last week while the Rock Stars avenged their late season loss with a victory over the Dogg Pound last week. Look for the Rock Stars to win by 20.
Rock Stars 30 - Colorado 10
Cleveland Greyhounds vs. Cincinnati Slaughter
The gutted Grizzlies reborn as the Cincinnati Slaughter go against the Greyhounds who barely avoided relegation last year. Look for Cincinnati to win by 12.
Cincinnati 30 - Cleveland 18
Compton 'Nilla Wafers vs. D.C. Warriors
The former Penn Lions try to knock off perenial Eastern conference title game losers DC. DC hasn't boosted yet, but I still can't pick against my team so DC by 1
DC 1 - Compton 0
Carolina Hammer vs. Eleven Wise Monkeys
My early season favorite for the Eastern crown, the newly renamed Hammer was able to dispatch NY in week one but gets a very good Monkeys' team in week 2. The Monkeys are looking to show that they belong. This week they get to show whether they are just a playoff team this year or a have a chance to spend one season in the A1. Look for a close game and the hammer to win by 7.
Carolina 24 - Monkeys 17
6-2, man that sucked though I don't think anyone could have predicted the NY-oregon game.
