In honor of our first home game against the Valla Beach Woolsheds, the White Rhinos will give all fans in attendance a free bobble head of "T.D. Porter"!!!! We like to show our fans that we care... and thank them for the first sell out home game of the season! Although the game is sold out, we still have the right side end of the field open for anyone to bring lawn chairs and blankets! So bring the family and have a picnic!

It should be a fun game to watch!

Post your concession sales after the game. I think we had a really good one in the first game of APL.

... And yes, that bobble head was funny! I laughed a little bit.

I'm a graphic designer...

Dude... your going to make way more then us at the concessions... You guys won the playoffs, so your fans will pay top price for everything... same with tickets sales! Did you see the Wood? The charged 3x the regular amount and made a bundle... US Rhinos had 4 losses last year... we are just trying to make a profit at this point...

Yea, we had all our seats sold out too, so I guess we could have charged just a little (rather much) more.
About the concessions, I think a GM of ours said something about more than 20$ per seat.

But can I ask you what programme you are using? I have Adobe Photoshop CS2 myself, and I think it might be out of my league. Not that it is hard to use, just that I can't get the most out of it, since it can be complicated in the long run.
Well, I'm hoping this will change soon. I'm going to college with focus on economy... and IT, yea baby!
But to repeat my question, what programme are you using?

So you want my secrets!?!?!?!?!?!?! hahaha

Well, for bobble heads, I draw the heads and body in Illustrator, and then put it in photoshop and ad color and shadowing. After I have everything in layers I put it in Image Ready and turning into an animation (just making fractions of a second slides) and each slide turns off and on and thats what makes it look like its move'n! (shhhhhhh... don't give away my secrets... only a million people know how to do this... and probably do it better then me! lol)

The timely part is drawing and making the Photoshop layers... animating it takes only a few minutes.

I wish Bort would add something like that to concessions...we would sell a bundle of them instead of giving them away....

Of course I am loving it.............Might need to make some plays to warrant it now though.

Good thing Sully is having family at the game. I don't think that players are getting these bobble-heads. So the family will have to get one for Sully.
