Here is a formula I found on another Forum.

Power rankings are pretty easy but time consuming to do. First you figure out a formula you want to use, for example I have seen this one used on some leagues:
=((Points Scored-Points Allowed)/(Games Played)/(2))+(Overall Team Rating/2)+((Wins*2)+(Opponent Wins/Games Played/2))
Then you just find the numbers for each team in your league, put them into the formula and you have the power rating for that team, then just order the teams from highest to lowest and you have your ranking.

I am not sure if anyone wants to do this. I think that once the Excel sheet is done, it will function easily with plugged in numbers. Any takers?
