Train to about 15-20 when you have nothing better to train

I'm not sure how much more effective it makes a center, but there is nothing better than watching my boy take out a LB 4 yds past the LOS. I would for sheer entertainment value.

I found that when my speed was 10 my center never picked up blitzes from the LBer's, since it increased our QB rarely gets troubled. At least not on my watch!
