Here are my personal pre season rankings that I will start off with for Season 4. We have 9 new teams in the league with 5 of them at the bottom of the rankings. Many teams have made some huge offseason moves. The new tactics changes will most likely create a significant advantage for those teams that learn how to best utilize the system. I am predicting more upsets this year than ever as a result of these changes.

If you do not like your teams ranking, then prove me wrong and start winning more.

Now I know some of these folks have already boosted, I believe that most have not. Either way, with good builds these guys SHOULD dominate this year.

I only went through about half of the players to see if I thought they boosted and then gave up. I wouldn't be surprised if all of these players boosted for this season. It does look intimidating though. We'll have 7 players that are level 27 or 28 once they boost 3 levels.

It looks like Manhatten has already boosted. I think they will beat the Ramrods in week 5.

I agree that you guys are a bit too low at #13. I'd switch ya'll up with Putnam Co. Keg Tossers at #8.

Our Georgia Dawgs at #26 seems about right. We're in a bit of a transition period, so we're probably going to spend a chunk of time rebuilding, and we'll probably take our share of lumps this season.

But we've begun taking steps to get ourselves into contention in a couple more seasons!

Was getting rid of Steeeeeeeeve one of those steps? If so, I think you've made a lot of progress and will be much improved this season!
