and the entire team want to file a complaint. he is completely inactive, and some of the new guys are saying he lied to get them on the team. something has to be done for the guys who will be stuck there for multiple seasons.

thats pretty blech on his part, do a mass PM to Bort (as in everyone PMs Bort). then the next guy on the waiting list can take the team.
looks like a decent team. just needs some recruitment to flesh it out. but a good core. good CBs and good QB/HB/WR1

I'm certain that X is 2 weeks. However, if you check the profile page on "Feritas", his last login was at 2:55 ET, today. He's not idle. In fact, he looks like one of the people that I've read about on the forums that just care about filling their team's account with money or just adding onto the stadium at the expense of his own players. Not only that, who needs 7 HBs 7 QBs, and 5 Cs? Just pitiful...
I only see one player that's there past Day 1, Season 5. But still, those poor Level 6 (or worse) players are going to have to sit there for a year, get their morale crushed, and lose badly unless something's done to help this team. We go against them tomorrow, and we like to see every team at its absolute best. I, as an owner, feel bad when I have to play a team that's in this kind of condition.

cant the team make a case, using the games given, that he's an owner who is not running a team in the best interests of the game? i'm all for creative measures to help your team, and maybe he's just going for the Marlins method of waiting 4 years, amassing a ton of money, and then selling out for 1 year of glory. but still.

you won't be able to PM bort, and as long as the owner is setting the depth chart and tactics, and thus playing the game, not sure the admins have a right to do anything about it.
By all means, complain - I encourage it because that is a shitty situation. Just being realistic. Also, Bort is on a "whitelist" system so you can't PM him directly, use the Customer Support function to get a response. If enough of you do it, it will at least warrant a hard look at the owner in question.

This always sucks. I think the best lesson to learn here is never sign your first contract with an owner as a long term one. The Pistons are not a team I would want to be on this year.

It is worse than "inactive". The transparancy of this a$$hole is as obvious as can be imagined. The Pistons have exactly SEVEN starters listed, and they are ALL owned by feritas. His QB is the PUNTER for crissakes!
The proper solution is to delete all those players, disband the team, and ban feritas. I will be recommending this to the Customer Support people forthwith.

I agree with you; your P is really in a rotten situation. Were this my site, I'd ban those who aren't making a minimum good-faith effort to field a competitive team. It's definitely a strong argument that could be made here.
