We are the first year farm team of the Hellas Hoplites. We are in the building stages but hope to be competitive as soon as Season Five.

In the meantime we will try to do our best in engineering as many upsets as we can.

Good luck to all in Season Four.

Hey TV. I had a player on the Jersey Wildcats that played against the Hoplites last season before they moved up. Real solid team. Hopefully you can mold that team into a contender also. Good luck.

thanks opspearhead -

I am sure it is going to be a shaky start for us but we have brought the foundation of the Hoplites with us - trying to fill the rest of the team with new, committed blood. So far I like the group I have - now I just have to make sure to get the playing time so that we level up quickly.

We will do our best to make ourselves a difficult team to play against.

Explain this concept of a farm team to me. Sounds a bit borderline.

In sports, a farm team, feeder team or nursery club, generally refers to a team or club whose role is to provide experience and training for young players, with an agreement that any successful players can move on to a higher level at a given point. This system can be implemented in many ways, both formally and informally.

Dang Matt. I bet that's expensive. I'm speding 50 bucks every 45 days to boost. I bet that costs twice. Plus all of the custom you'd have to buy.

Its Drew (merged to wrong account)

But yea, Its expensive I dropped some cash to make em and boost em last season.

Im not going to buy custom until later on, Im not too concerned with winning at all right now, just trying to develop.
Im gonna buy custom little by little to soften the blow to my wallet.

Its sure expensive though, I think I spent like 50-60 making em and boosting em

For 'me' it is actually cheaper - it is not mandatory to boost on the farm team, we are actually trying to discourage it - we focus on leveling up through playing time. The custom equipment is an option as well - even on the main team about half the players still do not have custom equipment and it hasn't hurt us thus far - only 6 losses in the past 3 seasons......
