First off I would like to congratulate the Invasion on a superb demonstration of a running game. Thanks to California Quakes for the classy PM you sent me. I will share it with my team and I appreciate your insight.

I'm not a bragger and I never have told my team how to act on forums nor will I. I feel that they should be excited about the team and if thats the way they want to demonstrate it, then it is on them.
After our first two scrimmages, the team had every reason to realize that we are taking steps in the right direction. Last season we had hardly any player that would even compare to our opponents and this season we do.

For all you guys that want to try and bash them for their excitement, good, get your pussy's wet by doing so. I doesn't change that we are better than last season and we are excited to be on the way to a better outcome.

Once again, nice game Invasion. At least it wasn't 47-3 like last season. I have no idea why some 3rd string players got much more PT than starters or 2nd stringers and I know that had a little effect on the game. However the 2 100 yard rushers with 2 TD's a piece, were the back breakers. Hats off to them. In your 2 scrimmage games, the running game didn't look to be your most serious threat. I was really expecting more out of the passing game! Anyway. good game and good luck to you guys...

I wont deny I was nervous as the DC. You guys made big strides and will all season. Everyone is giving Rome props, but you will see who ends up #1....again good game!!
