Every team has top player threats before during the regular season. What decides who the top player threats are and who gets them?

I heard it's based on the "scouting report" bars in the top right of your player page. Offensive linemen always have the highest scouting report values because they only have 2 stats to focus on, and they're cheap as hell to boost up.

ok......thanks 4 letting me know. i dont think it is based on strength attributes because my defensive lineman is the second strongest guy i think.

Hey Preppy, thats a good question. From what I understand it has something to do with the scouting bars. It's pretty crap though.
