Its nice to finally get back on the field, I am sure alot of you guys are as relieved as I am.

Seems the new changes are pretty clear. A lot of drastic differences that could set teams back, or set them apart. Depends on how well some were prepared I guesse.

What did you guys see? Speed still > agility? I dunno.

It's impossible to say at this point. There was a huge difference between the games yesterday and today. Plenty more could change before the season starts.

Lol. I have heard of lot's of people doing this. I didn't notice too much in our game, but I didn't add too many strategies and few of them were triggered. We ran out the clock, so no time to see how our prevent defense worked. And the only 4th and short was inside our 20 where I had elected not to go for it.

I had some major problem with the new defensive AI today. 90% of my plays that got called were some weird deep zone defense, which was awful, because we played a team that rushed against us 48 times. Needless to say it didn't turn out too well for us

This is awesome.

Yeah, we ran a deep zone three times from inside the 5. Needless to say, 3 TDs.

Overall, I didn't see too much I'd attribute to "bugs" yet. I'll just wait to see how the next game goes.

Yea I was one of those idiots, not with SanDiego, but another team I run in yesterdays sims. I had messed up the 'go for it on 4th' and didnt have any specific field position set. So we went for it on every 4th down, no punts lol

But we didnt kick any 75 yard field goals which is good.

Things looked okay, need some tweaking still.

FG kicking definitely seemed to get hit with the nerf bat.

The best I saw was a guy screwing up on his punt settings...some how he had set "1-4" downs for punting instead of "4-4"...so everytime he got the ball...YEP he punted. He managed to still score 14 points off tuern overs. YIKES!!!

He actually asked for a re-sim because he screwed up.

Wow, now that is hilarious.

You'd think an ego maniac like him would want to keep his mistakes off the forums. I'm surprised he said anything at all.
