Asmo I love your analysis so please keep posting them. But could you both keep the off-topic and bashing in threads meant for it.

Pacer, I'm puzzled maybe you can answer this. What is the problem everyone has with someone standing up for themselves? Is this some weird "the nail that sticks out gets pounded down" thing? Everyone gets in line to pucker up to Asmodans rusty sheriffs badge, for no other reason then he tells you who he thinks is going to win every week and adds his little digs every chance he gets. by the way I started a thread just for this "smack talk" (which by the way this isnt smack talk). but if asmodans is the only voice you want to hear, thats your problem.

One last Question, I couldn't help but notice that you made the title of this thread The big Cork v the Rest. Does this mean Asmodan speaks for everyone else? If that is the case that would be as pathetic as it is hilarious.

Standing up for yourself is qite needed for a individual to grow. If you feel you need to stand up for yourself then by all means go for it. My problem is not with your attitude or your persona. It's just as I say I would like to have an informative and nice forum for our league. As it is now all the threads are cluttered with you and asmo smacktalking eachother and it would be nice if you could do it someplace else.

As for the head-line you are right, it is not a descriptive one and therefore I apologize, just seemed right at the time. I wish you all the luck in the upcoming season.

YAY just got down to this thread, i like. i will still read you two bitching at each other but now it doesn't have to get in the way of the interesting stuff. oh and dear God everyone back off AlmightyFishtank he's got MAN FLU!!

Worse. My kid started nursery school and it took all of a week for him come back with some horrible insidious little virus...

I've been pumping snot out of my nose like you wouldn't believe.

Still...means I get to lounge around at home watching the Olympics all day until my head tells me I need more painkillers.

Good god, let it go. We've all said things we shouldn't have, I really think it's time to just end it. I mean, I'm a Cork player, and I'm actually tired of reading it myself.

I'm done with all of the crap. I like the rivalry thing, but beyond that I'm going to say forget all that has been said and lets just get on with the good stuff.

I still like the idea of forming a joint team called the Lost Skunks. I have a couple of D leaguers who'll need homes next season...
