western Europe AA#1 is stronger than AA#2. Alpha is very strong in AA#1

The division is more evenly balanced from 1 through 16, but the top teams are no stronger than those in AA2.

They need to knuckle down and work harder.

Throw all your games this season. That should get you relocated.
