kinda sad really.

You guys tanked and gutted a team to get another team? If true, grow some fucking balls.

It looks like they were a good pro team, who apparently couldnt win a championship so got an owner to buy a team, tank in Oceania AAA and then all jumped ship to come here.

It almost defeats the purpose... last year we had to deal with the stingers who were a stud team who built themselves prior to having a team (while I am much much more okay with this it still sucked that we got stuck with one of the best expansion teams last year) and now having to play a pro team who couldnt handle the pro leagues so came down here.

I mean it defeats the purpose of even trying to build a franchise when a conference championship is almost out of the question before the season starts. I mean I did ALOT to try and close the gap between my borderline team and the upper teams (GG, ASRW, F^3, Lions) but now it just seems pointless. Sure I might be able to actually compete with the good teams now but there is no way I can compete with a pro team.

If the higher ups catch wind of what they did, they wouldnt be too happy.

Well you and I shall lead the fight to get them out of here!

He couldnt keep the team because of personal reasons, None of the Gms could afford to buy it, we decided that instead of resigning to another contract(all of our contracts were up day 40) we found another owner (ballcoach) who was cool and would let us all stay together as a team. Everything was legal because our contracts ended, making us free agents, we could sign with whoever we like. If we had all been traded away it would have been shady, but this was just a group of friends trying to stay together.

Listen... We all played GLB long enough and we know once a change in ownership happens the team 99% of the time will be disbanded or traded away for a new regime... We did not want to do that...

FACT is a lot of us would have wanted to go to another PRO league team.. together .. That option was not available... But we all wanted to play on the same team with ownership we can count on and BallCoach6 was the perfect match..

Say what you want about us not winning EEPRO.. Even if we won last season, WE would have still came here!!

Well lets just hope they trade your team out with your old team.

Other than that something about this whole situation is just very fishy.

Nothing is fishy. It's explained pretty well in the forum you started. Give that a read over again and you'll have all your questions answered.

I read it over. It just doesnt make any sense to me thats all. The ball coach could have been brought on as a GM and taken it over as well... thats a pretty simple solution.

Regardless you guys are getting moved anyhow so everyone wins. You guys get to go back where you wanted and we get a team thats not good as apposed to a stud pro team.
