I have to say part of the problem is that it's really hard to recruit good players to your team.

Until that's fixed, by giving lower level/league teams something to offer players, there is going to be a lot of this....

That's near impossible though. Like a lvl 24 would ever sign to a team with a questionable future...

Unless it gets bought by one of those guys that own 40 players who all play on their team lol
