Since the "Before we go" thread has fizzled out, I'm bored again so I thought I'd create a thread to share some shit that you guys probably won't like anyway.

Probably, but the incredible amount of pollution there would probably kill all the trees off anyway. I hear our olypic athletes wear O2 masks before they train to try to minimize the effects of the horrible air.

Meh, I won't talk out my ass about it. All I know is their air quality is horrible and yahoo news doesn't seem to like them very much.

Trees are growing fine at the Chernobyl site.

I exaggerated of course. For all I know, pollution could be good for the trees since they "breath" CO2 rather then O2.

I've been to China. It's not just Beijing. Shanghai has really polluted air too.

meh, I've been there like 3 or 4 years ago, it wasn't really polluted, but holy shit was it hot and humid
